The T-Rex TwinBlaze brings the feel and response of a tube-driven amplifier front end to your pedalboard.

At its heart is a genuine 12AX7 / ECC83 preamp tube operating at high voltage, delivering the harmonic richness, compression, headroom, and touch sensitivity associated with real tube circuitry. From crisp breakup and bluesy crunch to saturated hard-rock lead tones, TwinBlaze is designed to feel less like a conventional distortion pedal and more like an amp channel under your foot.

Two Complete Channels

TwinBlaze gives you two independently adjustable channels.

Each channel has its own:

• Gain
• Bass
• Middle
• Treble
• Presence
• Level
• Crunch / Lead mode

That means you can build two completely different sounds and switch between them instantly.

Set one channel for open rhythm crunch.

Set the other for saturated lead.

Or configure both around different guitars, amplifiers, or gain structures.

Crunch or Lead

Each channel has its own Crunch / Lead switch.

Crunch

Use Crunch mode for lower-gain sounds, edge-of-breakup tones, blues, classic-rock rhythm, and dynamic amp-like drive.

Lead

Switch to Lead when you want more saturation, sustain, compression, and aggression.

Because the mode is selectable independently for each channel, TwinBlaze can function as a remarkably flexible two-channel gain system.

Real 12AX7 Tube Power

TwinBlaze does not simply simulate tube behavior.

A genuine 12AX7A / ECC83 triode tube sits at the center of the circuit and operates at high voltage.

That gives the pedal natural harmonic complexity and dynamic compression while allowing the sound to respond to playing intensity in a more amplifier-like way.

Dig in and it pushes harder.

Back off and it cleans up.

That responsiveness is a big part of what separates TwinBlaze from a conventional clipping pedal.

Full Amp-Style EQ

Each channel provides a full tone-shaping section with:

BASS
Controls low-frequency weight and body.

MIDDLE
Shapes the center of the guitar voice and determines how prominently the sound sits in a mix.

TREBLE
Controls upper-frequency attack and brightness.

PRESENCE
Adds another layer of high-frequency contour and immediacy.

Combined with independent Gain and Level controls, the extended EQ lets you shape each TwinBlaze channel much like a separate amplifier channel.

Dedicated 20dB Clean Boost

TwinBlaze also includes a separate 20dB clean boost.

Use it to:

• Lift solos
• Push the front end of an amplifier
• Add level without changing your basic gain voice
• Move forward in a dense band mix

The boost gives you another performance level beyond the two main channels without requiring another pedal.

Go Direct

TwinBlaze includes both a conventional output for amplifier rigs and a speaker-simulated output for direct applications.

That makes it useful for:

• Direct recording
• Audio interfaces
• PA systems
• Backup rigs
• Fly rigs
• Silent-stage setups

For a player who wants a compact analog/tube front end without carrying an entire amplifier rig, the speaker-simulated output adds meaningful flexibility.

Power Budget

12V DC / 500mA

TwinBlaze requires substantially more current than a typical analog stompbox because it is powering a genuine tube circuit.

The correct T-Rex power supply is included, so TwinBlaze is ready to use out of the box.

Its power requirement is also a good example of why the Power Budget matters:

Match the voltage.
Match AC or DC.
Match the polarity.
Make sure enough current is available.

A 12V output capable of only 300mA does not provide enough current budget for TwinBlaze.
