Link Power Cable — 28.5 In
Power Up to Five Pedals from One Output
The T-Rex Link Power Cable lets you distribute power from one compatible power-supply output to as many as five pedals.
It is a simple way to power multiple compatible effects from a single source while keeping your pedalboard wiring organized.
How It Works
Connect the main end of the Link Power Cable to a compatible power-supply output, then use the five 2.1 mm barrel plugs to connect your pedals.
This is especially useful for groups of pedals that share the same power requirements.
Important: Shared Power
The Link Power Cable does not create additional isolated outputs.
All connected pedals share the same power-supply output, so they must be compatible with the source being used.
Before connecting pedals, confirm that they share the correct:
Voltage
AC or DC requirement
Polarity
You must also make sure the combined current draw of all connected pedals stays within the available current of the power-supply output.
Power Budget
Think of the available current from the power-supply output as a shared budget.
If one output provides 500mA, every pedal connected through the Link Power Cable draws from that same 500mA supply.
For example, five pedals drawing 50mA each would require a combined 250mA.
The cable distributes the available power—it does not increase it.
